Our Story
CaseFy was born in 2025, when we realized that most companies manage their most critical processes with a chaotic combination of emails, spreadsheets, shared folders and status meetings.
Existing tools solved pieces of the problem: one did forms, another signatures, another workflows. But none orchestrated the entire process.
We built CaseFy to be the platform that connects everything: from the first data collected to the final decision. With reusable templates, configurable stages, data collection, documents, signatures, automations and a portal for external participants.
Today, HR, legal, healthcare, education and financial services teams use CaseFy to transform processes that used to take weeks into orchestrated flows that take days.
