## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CaseFy platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CaseFy is a case orchestration platform that allows you to create process templates, start and manage cases, collect data via forms, manage documents, collaborate with teams, and automate workflows.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. All activities performed under your account are your responsibility.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to use the Service for illegal activities, spread malware, or violate third-party rights.
5. Data and Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and features of CaseFy are owned by CaseFy or its licensors. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the Service.
7. Plans and Payment
Prices and features for each plan are described on the pricing page. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days and then removed, except where retention is required by law.
9. Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseFy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notification within the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any disputes.
